How do I get started?
Getting started is as simple as filling out the contact form, sending us an email or picking up the phone and calling. We’d love to hear from you and you can be sure this will be a simple, friendly, no obligation, no strings attached conversation.
One of our Account Assistants will answer any and all of your questions, ask you about your particular needs and objectives and together you will decide if a Marketing Cart subscription is a good fit.
If it is, and we hope it is, we will then set up the Prep & Planning sessions to find out more about your business and brand, work with you to develop a roll out plan and set up your account, contract and payment plan.
What are the payment options?
We accept etransfers, business cheques and PayPal at the moment. We will be adding VISA payments in the near future.
What is your cancellation policy?
Businesses change, we get it, that’s why we offer a no penalty cancellation policy so you can skip, pause or cancel anytime. Just give us 30 days written notice since we will be working on your subscription prior to the month of execution.
What about intellectual property?
We retain all intellectual and commercial rights to all Subscription creative and programming. However, any assets that you provide are, of course, yours and yours alone.
We never disclose details about our customers. We may, however, feature your logo on our site.
Do you guarantee results?
There are a multitude of factors outside of our control that affect the results. We will, however, do everything we can to ensure you get the best possible results within the context of the circumstances.
Who works on my subscription?
THE MARKETING CART is a service provided by circus strategic communications inc., an award winning advertising and marketing agency located on the outskirts of Toronto. Your Account Executive, Marketing Assistant, designers, programmers and writers are all full- time employees of circus.
Our office hours are typically 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday EDT, however, certain services are offered outside those hours such as monitoring social media and contests. As well, in an emergency you can always reach us at email@example.com.
